Active Classic Bleaching Powder

All the hairs that are presented to us are not the same and have different states and needs, Issue Professional Color has a bleaching powder for each type of hair, problem or process. Active Classic bleaching powder is recommended for use on natural, thick, difficult and resistant hair, with dark colors up to a height of 5.

Mixture: Mix one part Bleaching Powder with two parts Issue Professional Compatible Oxidizing Cream of 20, 30 or 40 volumes in a non-metallic plastic container. Mix until you get a homogeneous consistency. Application: On dry and unwashed hair, carefully apply the mixture with a brush to the areas to be bleached. Virgin hair: Start bleaching at lengths and ends, without touching the roots. Leave on for 20 to 30 minutes taking into account the quality of the hair. Then, apply to the roots until you get an even discoloration. Root touch-ups: Apply the bleach to roots without affecting previously bleached areas of the hair. Exposure time: This product has a gradual bleaching action from its application to 60 minutes, depending on the lightening you want to achieve. Washing: Rinse thoroughly until the bleaching cream is completely removed, then wash with Issue Professional or Issue Saloon Professional Neutral Shampoo. Finish the technical work by applying the Intense Repair Issue Saloon Professional Mask to repair and nourish the hair fiber.
