Who can purchase from your website?
Anyone with a certificate of training from a reputable institute focused in all aspects of hairdressing. Salon owners and anyone who are granted permission to purchase under the certificate holder’s account can have access. This can be done in “My account” > Sub Account.
How do I register as a professional hairdresser?
Click on “Register Here” button and enter the required information and submit. When you are approved you will gain access to begin viewing products prices, stock and purchase orders.
Do you require proof of professional credentials to create an account?
Yes. You will be required to upload your certificate of training to successfully submit your registration form.
How long does it take to approve my account?
Once your information and certificate is submitted your account should be activated within 24 hours.
Can I place an order without creating an account?
You must create an account to purchase professional products from us. Once you create an account you can also make orders in the office, phone or WhatsApp. But it is always ideal to purchase on our website to ensure products are in stock and secure your order for delivery.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
There is no MOQs but if you require delivery your order value must be $250 and over.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes you can in “My Account” and modify and cancel. If there is any further issues you can send a direct message in “My Account”> Conversations and select New Conversation. Note: Modifications to your order can only happen once your order has not left for delivery.
Do you do delivery?
Yes we do delivery in specific areas on specific days. Once your order is $250. and over it qualifies for delivery in specific areas
When will my delivery arrive?
Our delivery days and areas are as follows:
Wednesdays: Claxton Bay, San Fernando, Marabella, Princess Town, Debe, Penal, Siparia, Fyzabad, Gasparillo, Barrackpore
Thursdays: Couva, Chaguanas , Cunupia, Curepe, Tunapuna, El Dorado, Trincity, POS, St. Helena, San Juan/ Barataria
Once your place your order a day before your designated area’s schedule you will receive your order the coming Wednesday or Thursday. If your order is after you will receive your order the next Wednesday or Thursday.
Note: Some areas designated for delivery on Thursday may receive orders on Wednesday depending on the delivery load for the week. It is always better to place orders as early as possible to receive in time.
Do you have a delivery charge?
Delivery is FREE once your order value is $250 and over. Orders under $250. will not be qualified for delivery and you have the pick up option at the office.
Can I pickup at the office?
Yes you can pick up at the office.
Where is the office located?
We are located at 86 John Peter Road Chaguanas.

What are the office times?
Office Hours:
We are closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays
Monday, Tuesdays, Fridays – 9am -5pm
You can send a message in My Account” > Conversations to request pickup over the weekend.
What payments are accepted?
All forms of payments are accepted in the office, delivery and online.
