Plex Bleaching Powder

It is a bleaching powder that brings together all the lightening power of Issue Professional now with anti-breakable technology. It prevents damage, reinforcing the micro bonds of the internal structure of the hair, while protecting the hair fiber by creating a protective barrier thanks to its formula with PLEX TECHNOLOGY. Highlight Mix: Mix one part of Bleaching Powder with two parts of Issue Professional Color Compatible Oxidizing Cream of 20, 30 or 40 volumes in a non-metallic plastic container. Mix until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.
Suggestions and Guide for mixtures:
Proportion 1+1: with oxidizing of 30 vol and 40 vol for dark and resistant hair.
Proportion 1+1.5: with oxidant up to 30 vol for slightly processed hair.
Proportion 1+2: with oxidizer up to 20 vol for highly processed hair, with light colors.

: On dry and unwashed hair, carefully apply the mixture with a brush in the areas to be bleached.

Virgin hair: Begin the bleaching by lengths and ends, without touching the roots. Leave on for 20 to 30 minutes taking into account the quality of the hair. Then, apply to the roots until you get a uniform discoloration. For applications from the scalp do not mix with oxidants of more than 20 vol, irritation may appear or produce blisters. DO NOT USE HEAT.

Root retouching: Apply the bleaching mixture on roots without affecting the previously bleached hair areas.

Exposure time: This product has a gradual bleaching action from its application to 60 minutes, depending on the intensity you want to achieve.

Washing: Rinse thoroughly until the bleaching cream is completely removed, then wash with Neutro Issue Professional or Issue Saloon Professional Shampoo.
