White & White Bleaching Powder

All the hairs that are presented to us are not the same and have different states and needs, Issue Professional Color has a bleaching powder for each type of hair, problem or process. The White & White bleaching powder offers maximum lightening thanks to an innovative ANTI YELLOW technology. Its innovative formula helps to better control and discolor pheomelanin (yellow pigment melanin). In addition, it contains Keratin that improves hair elasticity and prevents breakage.

Mix for highlights: Mix one part Bleaching Powder with two parts Issue Professional Color Compatible Oxidizing Cream 20, 30 or 40 volumes in a non-metallic plastic container. Mix until you get a homogeneous consistency.
Suggestions and Guide for mixing:
1+1 ratio: with 30 vol and 40 vol oxidizer for dark and resistant hair.
Ratio 1+1.5: with oxidant up to 30 vol for lightly processed hair.
1+2 ratio: with oxidant up to 20 vol for highly processed hair, with light colors.NOT RECOMMENDED FOR USE FOR GLOBAL BLEACHING Application: On dry and unwashed hair, carefully apply the mixture with a brush to the areas to be bleached.Virgin hair: Start bleaching at lengths and ends, without touching the roots. Leave on for 20 to 30 minutes, taking into account the quality of the hair. Then, apply to the roots until you get an even discoloration. For applications from the scalp, do not mix with oxidants of more than 20 vol, irritation or blistering may occur. DO NOT USE HEAT.Root touch-ups: Apply the bleach mixture to roots without affecting previously bleached areas of hair.Exposure time: This product has a gradual bleaching action from its application to 60 minutes, depending on the intensity you want to achieve.Washing: Rinse thoroughly until the bleaching cream is completely removed, then wash with Issue Professional or Issue Saloon Professional Neutral Shampoo.
